Anyone using it either as an addition to their seed treatment or as a foliar application on soybeans or corn ?
Stoller Chemical sells it , seems to have some good reviews by Kip Cullers "the soybean guru"

Just wanted the good and bad from the people that actually use or used it to try to make more profit with it . Mr. Cullers speaks fairly highly of it , but I wonder if it will put anymore $ in my pocket or just Stoller Chemicals bank account .

TIA

I've wondered the same thing about BioForge. Heard good things.....

Not sure if my climate has enough time for some of these additions. Seems like anything that can keep the plant alive longer is trouble up here!

you might as well grow a later maturing variety instead of using that stuff save yourself a pass in the field i'd say. but ya if you hit an early spring and you already booked the seed.

one year I tried bio forge, an algea product, farm for profit, and nachures torque product.

the bio forge you could see something going on during the season but in the end I didn't see any gains vs a control.

torque and farm for profit where the only two that showed an improvement over check.

farm for profit you could see and feel the improvement in the soil and it did 5.5 bushels.

torque was on silage ground so I didn't do a yield check but you can see in the pictures the advantage. better stand and a stayed green little longer.

I've had feedback from growers who have tried it and they didn't see much year end harvest results.

I like the idea of what it's supposed to do on paper, but it needs to pay out come harvest too...

Got a price on Bio Forge in a 2 x 10L case = $873.99

I am probably going to do some side by side trials with it added to seed treatment or in furrow with pop up fertilizer at 1/4L / acre.

I will see if it pays , there was an article in this week's Ont Farmer about it , sounds like it may be a good thing in certain situations . Did not look like it paid back anything on a foliar application but seed treatment or in furrow looked promising on corn and not too bad on soybeans.

try it what do you have to lose?

if people aren't trying new things how are we going to learn or get better.

in furrow in corn has been a rock star more times then not for me. in soybeans I will be doing another test strip but so far haven't seen a response.

foliar on beans has showed some promise.

I am going to try some fungicide on corn to see what happens.
