We have a 6560 tank, 1 year old. Never missed a beat last year. Tank 4, granular fert blend rates would drop. Then two night ago electric magnetic clutch would not even engage yet u can turn metering auger by hand. Replaced clutch, seemed ok. Today, 50 acres in the morning not a problem then everything starts fluctuating. Can turn all metering augers by hand with product in, some a little harder than others. Seems ok when you first start for 10 seconds rate will lock on and then they start bouncing as if they slip out. Today changed 3 more clutches, ecu, no better. Have been through every service guy we can get in touch with, no great solutions. Next, drop all products out of tanks and see if they slip or meter with 0 load. If I can turn by hand u would expect machine should be able to turn them. Any ideas experience with this?

Had kinda same situation few years back. Got a new drill and was first year they came with the poly metering augers. Long story short certain material can basically wedge in the meter auger flight. Switched them to metal augers problem solved

Have you checked all the wiring harness? You could try switching the plug to clutch 4 with a plug from a different tank on the cart to see if that one starts to act up. We had a seed tank doing the same thing and a bad contact was the culprit. Very frustrating.

Chain is tight, have Checked voltage at clutch connections both load and no load seem to be good? 13.7 no load, 12.7 load, unless we get voltage issues when moving like a bad ground or pinched wire.

Unplug harness going to meters and run constant power to them. Easy way to diagnose if it is a mechanical problem, or a wiring problem.

The mdecu has been replaced?

Pulled augers today, not bad, cleaned everything up, went through all wiring harnesses all connections, changed all mechanical clutches to go with new elctro clutches, redid batt connections, tonight I'm seeding. Which one was the problem, nobody knows for sure.
