I know guys with new C850 deere tanks behind BG drills. They have deere tractors also so the compatibility for monitors is great there.

This would be a nice middle ground. I would have a hard time giving up the 5th tank, with VR that 5th tank is nice for micros with the cereals. Also, what is with Bourgault shrinking the size of their 2nd largest tank? With the new 9950 I wouldn’t be able to get 80 Ac of wheat seeded (~2.8-3bu/Ac), I’m guessing this isn’t the norm in sk or it wouldn’t have changed from the 7950 tank splits. Now it’s pretty close to the c850.

Anyways, if the cost was the same I would go Bourgault all day long. Just one guys opinion tho...

I don’t like Deere’s metering. And would also miss the 5th tank and bulk boom. Can’t stand the X30 though!
I didn’t realize the 9950 tank is sized differently. I heard the 700 is smaller now, 650?

9950 tank is the same as the 7950 for overall size....they just changed the individual tank sizes - total volume is still 950bu. It is actually 4 bushels larger if you get the saddle tank now as it is 44 vs the 9540 at 40.

Right, I’m saying that they changed the volume of their second largest tank on the 950 model from 275 to 220 bu. Not the Second largest tank Bourgault makes, my bad for not being clear.
