I am running a gs2 2600 yield monitor on a 1660 in corn and soybeans for the first time this fall. What are some close calibration numbers to plug into the monitor to get me started until I get it calibrated? I think the calibration number I was running in wheat was 425

the default is going to be as close as anyone will be able to give you. every machine is different. even if you have 2 of the same machines in the same field doing the same everything, their calibration #s probably will be different

just make sure you change the crop on the display and the #s will change accordingly

CORN ,,our 9770 default was 652 we have scales and started calibrating it every load,, took about a dozen but we ended up on 788...if the combine says there is more than is in the truck number needs to go higher ,if more in truck than combine says number needs to go lower ,,,we go in 25 increments till we get close.
