On our 2007 - 8010's we are having problems with the receiver finding satellites. We have version 3.0 installed.
Had this issue last year and never did get it rectified.
I am wondering if i was to put a 252 receiver on the combine, would that fix the problem? This is the 100 receiver (or 106, cant remember).
If so, do I change any of the port settings, or just unplug and plug 252 in?

You need to have your dealer update your 100 to v3.08. That should (emphasize "should") take care of the problem. A 252 will also take care of it. Shouldn't need to change any settings. Just plug in and power up.

you might have to run a sepret switch for power and when you get to the field that is the first switch that you turn on because what is happening is that when you go to start it takes all the power and then the system will not go looking for it also ask your dealer there was a bulliten on this last year if you can figure it out let me know and i will get you the information
