Have cdf in r65 getting small cob pieces and sticks in bin and rotor loss.
Have run concave up and down and speed up and down
have mainly been running at .8 and 300 with separator grate at 3
small triangle and steep pitch over thresher, every other bar extended to last bolt on rotor, and extended helical at discharge

Try 350 on the rotor, .6 on the concave assuming it has been 0'd, 6-7 on the seperator grate, 11/16" on the sieve and 9/16" on the chaffer assuming standard chaffer. If you have the long square tip chaffer, try and find a standard chaffer. Neighbor was running the square tip in his 62 he bought this summer and just couldn't get the performance he wanted in corn. Changed to a standard and he couldn't believe the difference. Good luck, this years settings are tough to dial in.
