Challenger MT hydraulic update

I heard today that Agco has a kit to replace the husco controllers on the hydraulic remote valve bank. Has anyone done this yet? I’m getting really tired of those controllers failing and having to pay for a service call to install them.

NOWHERE on that website does it say where the Company is located, address or Phone Number that I could find,
only send us a message. Is this an oversight?
And why not send them a messsge! 😂
So many people looking for eMails addresses and then you have SPAM.
Man that valve stack is legit! If a spammer went threw all the research to know these husco valves are dogshit and then put together a solution just to get our emails they deserve them!
I messaged them no answer yet.

That's why I asked if it was a oversight, I could not see all that work and then no country of residence.
That's important to me as I do not do any business with PRC or any other communist country.
Do let us know what they reply!
No issues here, I’ll by it from China and mark it up 30% and put a Canadian sticker on it and your virtue will be in tact! 😂
Seriously though looks European to me.
was a thread about it on agtalk. about 15k for the update bypasses the challenger electronics and valves basicaly. agco has an update now that is a control box that wires into 4 remotes modules much cheaper and uses factory screen and wiring.

Hi Joe, have you herd from them ?
Not a peep.
Those husco valves like to blow the orings sealing the couplers and coupler life is **** too.
The B valve stacks were flawless. I’d like to know what the max flow through a single remote is because the husco does flow good at least.

So I conversation with the fellow that has come up with a solution to this Husco fiasco this morning.
He’s a farmer himself but with an engineering/hydraulics background so is exceptionally qualified to come up with a solution and first had experience with the problems.

I didn’t have to explain my problem’s he already knew them.

I’m just recalling this from memory so it’s not the gospel but I believehe sets the remotes to flow 24gal but there is an option to set one higher but you would probably need to come up with larger hose/coupling.
Ideally to flow more and efficiently you would tie two remotes together and return through a low restriction return.
The valve is proven Rexroth with a controller he’s programmed for floating and detent.
The remote position sensors go on the same place on the console.
The couplers are a common connect/disconnect under pressure that most everyone has seen on something and are cheap to replace.

As to the price I think they are still working that out with suppliers along with the supply chain crap we all seem to have to deal with.
I would expect it to be a hit though considering what your replacing. Maybe we just all send the bill to Agco 😂
I’ve got 4 to do.

While we are at it can I get a kit to give me 40 more gallons per min of flow. Lol
A neighbor told one of my guys someone in Alberta was making a kit for more flow on these. Google sure isn’t bringing any hits. Anyone else know about it?
I was told atom jet was working on something but that was 5 years ago now so they couldn’t have been
