We just purchased a 86 1620. The Max ground speed in 2nd gear is 3.8 by the speed odometer. This is after we recalibrate it. Can we speed up the machine any other way? Thanks

Check the hydro cable for the correct adjustment. Also check on the hydro control valve, there is a small steel arm on it that moves back and forth with the cable. Sometimes this arm gets slots in it. Check both pieces back on the hydro.
