Has anyone had to change the shaft that runs across above the air box that drives the shoe can not get shaft out. HELP!!!! Sorry this is on a 04 Massey 9790

you have to climb in place board on fan 4 hr job all up. did hanger break or pitman work loose.replace bearings

ps mine let go after not tightning sieve when changed

Just did mine, you have to remove the fan housing to get that shaft out.

Right hand outer hanger top part broke off and I believe the top bolt had come loose cause inner is worn oval

I have all bearings on order agree easier and cheaper to do now than have them go later

be sure to check back of shoe, that caused my problem was easy 2nd time round
