Put some silastic or strong sealant on the seal of another bearing, let it cure then put it on.........

Doesn’t find the reason but hopefully get you thru the season

Similar thought to mine. What about a two part epoxy like JB Weld around the inner lip on the hub and outer bearing race? Clean it first with brake clean or xylene so the JB will bond. There must be some horizontal movement in the bearing that is popping the seal??? Probably not enough room in the hub to try a different bearing like double row of balls???

Harvest is a way away yet but plan to take walkers out and inspect.

Been a trusty harvestor with little trouble 1700 hours many more to come with price of combines and some dodgey years in australia
