CNH is seeking a Regional Sales Director in Omaha, NE to lead an aggressive, innovative team that is making an impact in the industry!
Job Summary:
Set the strategy for a regional Case IH sales team in using innovative, value-added, customer-oriented, differentiated marketing and sales approaches to make their customers more money. Be a leader in changing how agricultural equipment is sold - from iron peddling to high customer value recognition, providing higher customer profitability and satisfaction leading to higher market share.

If you are an experienced Ag equipment sales manager who wants to extend your capabilities and your results, this is the place for you. A desire to add value to customers is an absolute necessity!

This person will lead a Regional Case IH field team for the Midwest U.S. Region. The position will ideally be based from Omaha, NE. Responsibilities include:

Directly managing a field sales organization and product specialists and matrix responsibility for sales support, product support and finance.

Providing leadership that ensures that the equipment and service offerings are designed and matched to the market potential and customer requirements.

Identifying market changes, key competitor’s strategies, industry trends, sudden shifts, market loss, etc. and then develop and/or adjust marketing plans to capitalize on identified opportunities.

Leading the team to maximize achievement of wholesale and retail volume objectives as well as market share goals, asset turns targets and wholesale net margins, in addition to customer satisfaction index and parts sales levels objectives.

Providing employee development for direct reports.

Managing the budget process.

*Bachelor’s degree in Business or industry related area or equivalent work experience. MBA a plus.
*Three to five years of Managerial experience in an inside or outside sales position.
*Minimum of 2 years interface or direct experience with dealerships and an understanding of dealer operations and activities.
*Knowledge of agricultural products and industry experience.
*Knowledge of finance schemes and competitive equipment.
*Strong financial acumen.
