condensation in Scherer air tensioner

Has anyone in the midwest had problems with water building up in your claas air systems and having it throw off your air tensioner? We burned up 2 belts yesterday in corn and cannot figure out why. It's an odd size belt so at first we thought it was the wrong one but going back it looks like it's correct. Claas came out today and checked all the pulley bearings and alignment and all looks ok. I noticed a lot of water in the air system when I used the blow gun to clean up after crawling underneath it. Scherer says the water can affect the tension on the belt but I was hoping someone on here had experience with this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
