Converting MacDon Single Knife Drive to Double

Anybody out there convert a single knife drive to a double knife drive? We have a 35' D50 that goes on our combine that does a great job in dry wheat. We then put the header on a MacDon M200 swather tractor. The problem is when we cut 35' of green wheat that gets chopped for dairy feed. The sickle rattles and makes lots of noise and stalls out if we try to push it much. We would like to convert it to a double knife drive. Would it be the un-timed or the timed drive then? TIA

Probably better to trade on a different header
