how far north are corn and beans grown and when does harvest start? some day i would like to see a R series doing corn or soybeans; i live in Saskatchewan

Here in central iowa soybeans will start late september and corn harvest on normal year is going strong the first of october. This year on the other hand is barely started on either so its going to be along fall. Welcome to come down and visit anytime.

Soybean harvest has started in MB but most will come off next week if it ever gets dry enough. Corn, good question this year it will likely be end of Oct. I don't know anybody who runs a gleaner in these crops though.
