We would like to collect corncobs for their use as fuel for grain drying.
I have found on the Internet that it can be done making some adjustment to the combine so that clean grain together with cob will be collected in the same bin of the combine ( so called "corn-cob-mix). And then cobs are separated from grain in another place.
Does anybody have experience with corn-cob-mix collection? We require some advice of how to make such a conversion and possible problems after it.
Our combines are New Holland TC 5080 and CX8080.
