Losing grain somewhere from the hopper or top covers of the rotors. We thought it was the door being a little tweaked and letting grain through. taped up and still leaking from somewhere. can't see the leak but have grain piling up on the top covers of the rotor close to the front. Has anyone seen this happen and have ideas where it might be coming from?

Good chance the rotor covers are wearing through. Common problem. Your dealer will probably have covers in stock

That could be the issue, but it is a brand new unit and getting no answers for what the probable is

Watch where the grain runs when you overfill the hopper and it goes on the cab or off the back on engine covers. When it falls behind the cab it falls down towards the front of the rotor covers. At the back it covers up your concave lift mechanism. I'd rather have the grain run off the sides of hopper when overfilled but haven't bothered making extensions to make that happen yet.

Check the seal (term used very loosely here) between the first rotor cover & the second. Also, make sure all the bolts that hold the rotor covers down onto the rails are tight. If they aren’t, you’ll have to loosen them more, clean the grain out, then tighten them down.
