tough conditions are when the 970s bigger rotors will shine. They don't lose RPM as much in slugs and seem to be able to spin through more. Less grunting than a 17 inch rotor. And a larger sieve area, to take care of the extra stuff you thresh. We're looking at probably 15% more capacity than a TR98 in all conditions. And a CR960 has the same rotor size as the TR98, more hp, but 10 to 12 thousand lbs more to drag around. Most dealers will say that a TR98 and a CR960 are quite similar in capacity.
