The machine is a John Deere CTS2, the 9510 and others are probably the same.

There is a small gearbox at the base of the loading auger/bubble up auger in the grain tank. It has a dipstick to check the oil level but I can't find any drain plug. The operators manual doesn't say anything about changing the oil.

Is it possible to drain the oil or does it have to be sucked out through the dipstick hole with a pump?

Thanks for the replies, I sucked the oil out of the dipstick hole. Bit of a slow process but got it done in the end. Never would have thought they would have made a gearbox like that and not put a drain plug on it.
