Based here in SK, my rates have gone up $2 an acre, now $34 for pickup, $36 for straight cut, farmer supplies the fuel.
do you have anything to account for differences in crop? like say is doing 25 acres an hour in dry soybeans vs 10 in pancake flat green oats the same rate?

Late reply i know, my prices are based on standing crops, barley, wheat Canola, never have done soybeans.
Ok, so do you have a chart you scale prices by based on speed of harvest or is each field a negotiation with the farmer? All custom work is done by the seperator hour here in rrv so just curious how that works for you there.
