Did they find a fault?
cx top sieve
monitor says top sive out of position , and the line is not connected to upper sieve where to start looking ?? any help appreciated ,

Agree with what you are saying. So you are running the old actuator again?
The system runs very low voltages -5v- in most cases and takes very little to stop it.
