Hey folks,

Have a couple of 2011 CX8080's which are having header lift issues. We have 40' macdon fd70's and initially they would not lift more than 2-3 feet off the ground.

Talked to a service tech who sent us technical diagrams and instructions on increasing pressure to the lift rams, which we did and now the header will lift all the way up, but it creeps down again.

When we do a header calibration through the monitor it is able to hold it in place for its calibration purposes. If you press the header lift button on the stick it holds it in place until the button is released.

Anyone ever experience this? Its.almost like the valve block/solenoid cant hold the pressure from the weight of the header. I can't really see anywhere to adjust the valve block and technical documents are hard to come by.

Also, if anyone knows how to get the header fore/aft tilt ram working on a fd70/CX combo let me know, its a pain in the ass having to bleed the little ram every time.you want to change the header angle.

Any help is greatly appreciated
