Hi all
This a page to offer JD some useful insight into issues we are having with their products. Maybe just maybe someone may read these and resolve something.
For me.
9R turbo
Do what ever it takes to get them fixed so we can have a unit do more than 1500hrs without falling apart. Major component like a turbo should not fail due to bad design. If I see a turbo burnt out well ok the machine has been over worked but when the nut comes free form the impeller than that's bad design and we are paying for it in parts, labour and downtime!
Fix it!

We bought an early 4830 sprayer new in 07'. The hose they put on the sprayer wasn't chemical proof hose and we had several failures, one of them when we were filling and spraying with some pretty nasty stuff. John Deere's response was that it was Goodyear's fault as they had incorrectly told them the hose was ok for chemicals. I noticed that all the later models I saw had different hose on them. John Deere's response to all complaints real or imagined........."Thank you for your input, it will be corrected on the next model year. Please pay now for your parts."
