Need help with major or minor differences in R52 years. Say a 1996 to a 1999 or a 1999 to a 2002 R52. Thanks in advance.

98 was the year that they went to the longer shoe.

1996 was the first year for the longer sieves. 1997? or 1998 they started painting them silver. Beyond that I don't know what happened.
