You have to make a dummy plug. You can use this as a quick fix, but you will have to remove the dummy plug or else it will cause a service code after so many hours, I believe it is four hours. It brings up a "inoperative safety switch" code. What I did was I wired in a switch in between the seat wire and the harness connector, now I can flip the switch on and get out to oil chains, when I sit back down I turn the switch off and the seat switch works like it should.
easy fix-----first unplug the sensor, then scrape the insulation from the wires on the combine side of the harness and twist them together. whenever you have a moron on the machine that you want it to work properly with, simply untwist it and plug it back in.
