Has anyone adapted a draper head with another brand adapter to a lexion 570R?
Such as NH or JD? I am wondering which would be closest and easiest to adapt. It seems there are not too many lexion drapers around here.

You are best to buy a Macdon FD 70 or 75 because they are fairly easy to switch between brands. We have a FD 70 on our 590r and would not run anything else. It is a good draper head. My FD70 was set up for a case IH combine when I bought it used and I changed it over to a lexion.
