Anyone out there using duck foot or maywes paddles on their headers?? Looks like we are going to have short beans wonder if they are worth the money or it u can even notice the difference Thanks Jarrod

I used some last year. Maywes. Everything was short. Will be again this year. I certainly noticed a difference with the pickup header. Will be using them again.

We used some duck feet last year. We just put them in the middle to help it feed. Short lentils. They did make a difference but they will fall off or break sometimes. Need to fasten them on better.

They will help clear crop from the cutter bar, they will also swat in a few rocks when cutting low to ground.

Neighbour hose clamped light conveyor belting on every other row of tines and staggered the placement. Worked very good and would brush the knife guards but not get cut or do damage.

I just put Duck Foot paddles in strategic positions on my FD135. Anywhere there is a larger gap install them. In the center I removed some steel tines installed normal fingers then duck feet over them. Short crop conditions it would definitely help.

When it doesn't feed very well, it usually doesn't cut very well so yes I think doing a better job will gain some bushels.

I just wrapped duct tape between the fingers, worked fine.wrapped in a spiral motion so they started at end and continued to middle as it turned
