Having trouble with the EIP on the overhead display. When I start the combine the display on the top lights up but it does not display anything just has the black led look. The other buttons on the top work but nothing displays on it. If I shift the lower display to what is selected on top it works down there but the top display just stays lit up but no display. I have checked the EIP fuse in the fuse panel and the other fuse back on the engine but they were both fine. When I did unhook the EIP fuse in the cab, then the upper display goes out so I know that it is being powered but could just the display be bad or is there something else wrong. Any help would be great Thanks

If you can raise the head the EIP is not offline and is working something may be bad in the board. you can send them in to get fixed but you will need a loaner to keep running.

We had the same thing happen to one of our R75s. We noticed on morning an thought that it was to cold for the screen to requester numbers? Found out that wasn't the all the problem

We finally figured it out "no help from dealer"

it was the plug in under the armrest"with the hydro lever and all controls" was loose, and found a loose wire in the wiring harness back underneath the radiator kinda right by the rear shoe shaker arm on the right rear of the machine

put new end on the wire has worked ever since. Hope this helps
