Hello!

My brother has a MF 7495 that is showing error code E84. It seems like there is something about the fuel, in the beginning they change the filter but it didn't help, and then they heard about it could be bacteries in the diesel and they have put something in that should solve that but it is still the same.
The tractor seems to be weaker than it supposed to.

One thing he noticed also is that it seems to get worse when it's gets dark and you use much lights.

Any red lights on on the dash?

I was told if there are red light on on the dash you must stop and change the fuel filters, if you don't it will either de-rate, which will need the dealer out to reset or you will ruin the fuel pump. That is assuming the the error code is fuel related, that's what our dealer told me anyway.

I think it was E85 that I had on my T3 7480 and I just kept draining the fuel filters every time the error came while I was waiting for a new filter kit.

Massey Ferguson 7495 Red Error Lights

Hello, my name is Sam. I went to go and put my feed into the feed troughs on my dad's feed pad. The tractor that I had been using was a Massey Ferguson 7495 I set the PTO limit at 540 and turn on the PTO. The tractor RPM dropped from around 1000 RPM to 0 which made it stall. I tried turning the tractor back on, but it wouldn't. There was two red warning lights. The two lights were in the top row of the warning lights directly above the RPM dial. If the lights were numbered 1-6, from left to right, the lights that would be on were 1 and 4. I think that the lights were related to either fuel, fuel pump or oil and oil pump. If you know what has happened, please reply to this message. I am unable to send my email because I have a post count lower than 5, but I may be able to reply to this message. Thankyou.
