Ran the unloading auger into the side of a building today. Most of the damage is to the hopper and bent the auger in the bottom of the hopper. I have a parts combine with a hopper that is in good shape. How hard is it to remove the entire hopper and switch them out? Or should we try to straighten and patch the hopper that is bent and has a tear in it?
Thanks for any help.

Thanks. We ended up taking the rivets out of the end sheet and replacing it with one from the other bin. Removing bin looked liked we would have had to almost completely take apart and remove the clean grain conveyor to allow the bin to lift off. Got a new auger for the bin floor. Should be back in business tomorrow. (hopefully) It's a power fold auger but it only folds if you remember to do it.
