We have just finished up cutting 6 quarters of sunflowers for the neighbors. Because of the extreme dry year they only made between 700-1200 lbs. per acre. Was just wondering what a fair fall rate would be to charge them. 10 mile haul to town.

I am glad to be done....last day of cutting we had both our 2188 and 2388 smoldering/on fire with the accumulated sunflower dust.

ps. Also interested in 06 corn rate, what you charge or have paid. Our dryland corn (what didn't end up in a bale) only yielded 20-30 bushels to the acre...very sad fall here in central SD.
