Can anyone recommend an agency or method to find a good hand for next spring? Some agencies have left a bad impression. Enough of the right people read this site? Alberta. 6 weeks to 6 months. Thanx.
I did try to talk with Hansen Agriplacement and they probably will deliver a quality employee. However, they charge 25% of the entire first year's salary as a finders fee. I could not afford that. They said that I could not afford not to hire a quality employee through them. You make your own decision. If you hear of a good source, please share.
