We're at the Farm Progress show today. If you're able to come by, here's a little of what you see at our display. We have a S67 and an S77 on display. We have the Stealth out in the field for demonstration. We have a full size Tritura processor with distribution augers and accelerator rolls- all enclosed in plexi glass and hooked up to an electric motor so you can see it turn. We have a partial cutaway of a FlexDraper where you can see the construction and operation.

You can also pick up a brochure, visit the Biener and order the one thing everyone seems obsessed to get, a flat black toy GS7 Stealth. http://www.toytractorshow.com/articles/124-agco-gleaner-super-7-by-scale-models

Hope you can make it out!

Was at the FPS yesterday and was impressed with the displays on the S series, got to talk with Bien and he said more improvements will be in the works in the future. I thought it was a very good effort by AGCO. Got to see the S7 run and got to look at it up close and talked with the operator who has run it all year, he also said that every improvement they made helped the capacity along the way. He also said there is still more capacity in the machine for high yielding corn with maybe a little more HP, but also said most people have limits of getting it away. It seemed all the combines were having head shatter in the twin rows but doing a good job through the machine. I'd say the corn was 19%.

It seemed everyone watching the demoes had something to say about the black gleaner and it had no trouble in that corn. It sure seemed to run quiet and it was right on the tail of the CIH in front of it, clean sample but as I said before they all had some head loss from the morning downpour, tough stalks. Hey GS7 what was the yeild that they were picking on tuesday, the guy running it thought around 150-160.

Dittos to the S7 display and presentation! Outside of the S7 at the AGCO booth, things looked pretty somber to me. As I have stated before, with the current strategy, AGCO in NA (primarily US) is now a harvesting company as tractors are dead! Good luck with resale with anything but tracked and 4WD Challengers! Impressive display of the new NH T8 and T9's along with the new Case 600HP Quad and new Magnum.

Right now, we only have them available for order. Dealers ordered a bunch of them at the launch. If you really want a black one, you need to call your dealer and tell them. I'm pretty sure those will have a limited number produced and you'll want to reserve one quickly.

Also, I'm hoping someone might post what they saw from the field demonstrations at FPS. I know the results but it would be more credible coming from one of you guys.
