I am in the process of fixing up and restoring a Super M Cotton Picker. I haven't found much about them and was wondering where I can find some information on them. Is there any books or manual's talking about them? It is a 1948, high drum with aluminum gear box housing, square basket corners, and gas engine. I'm looking for decals and decal placement. Also what size tires came on it? Any information is welcome!

Harold implement in Corning AR had one several years back it looked almost new. I think they ended up selling it not sure. Call and ask for Danny he might have some pictures or tell you where it ended up.

Thanks for the information. I saw one all painted up in Sikeston, MO but that was before I ever thought about restoring and being able to find a picker. The one I saw could have been the one you were talking about because they said it came from somewhere down that way. Its been pretty hard to find info on the internet about these pickers.

There's one restored at D&S salvage in sikeston mo. Call them and ask for Gerald DeWitt, he's got the info. Most of the old M's and super M's around here that have a single front wheel were once under pickers.
