We've cut about 10 acres so far with this head and now we can't get the sickle to move.

Header is a 40' 2008 Case IH 2162 (MacDon FD70). It has the sickle reverser kit on it and the sickle turns backwards like it should, but when you try and run the sickle forwards it moves about half a stroke and stops. The hydraulic motor for the sickle doesn't even turn anymore. You can freehand turn the pulley on the hydraulic motor either direction so it isn't binding.

Any ideas? Do we have issues with the reverser kit? Not enough hydraulic pressure for some reason?
