Check the vertical rods under them plastic covers under the bell cranks. They have rubber bushings in them and go bad and can make the wings sticky. The new FD75 have an eyelets now instead of the rubber bushings. You can change over to this. I did this to one of ours and am waiting to try it out. My right wing was sticking last year and I had to keep adjusting the balance of that side to get it to frown. Good luck

I am usually slugged in front of feeder chain in draper auger It is on Lexion 585R soybeans are making 68 to 80 bpa trying to trade for Lexion 30' auger header but finding out MacDon overpriced only when you buy it no dummy this my 37th year and am miserable

Your spring tension is to high. Does it frown when it is up in the air? Dealer needs to get out there and adjust it properly. May have to contact Macdon if your dealer is not assisting you. That head should cut circles around the others. You could not pay me enough to go back to an auger head.

frowns

just a slight frown sometimes last guy screwed wing tension bolts within an inch and half of end of travel then it plugged on ends wing s will not go down quickly after dips or bumps I told boys everyone likes these things but they are sick of seeing me stopped constantly also slugged lexion twice already and that tends to tick everyone off!
