Hi there,

I recently bought a 1990 1680 and was wondering if you could put a field tracker on it.. Has anyone out there ever done that or seen one with it on it? Any info is helpful and if so where could i get one?

I have put one one two different 1680's, both had the older style hyd box's and it cost me around $3,500 each. It was well worth it! You cannot find one used - just order one from your dealer, they are a snap to put on.

The only draw back with the old hyd is it will only go up and down - or side to side one at a time. It helps if you manually start to tilt the header before it wants to go up or down when going over terraces. If you have a '92 with the new valves you are fine.

the nieghbor has an older 1680 with a field tracker Runs a 30' 1020. says he wouldnt be without.

I have a 1666 that I plan on adding a field tracker this winter
