Please tell me you aren't benchmarking against the guy who owns those machines... it's a nightmare waiting to happen. Not slighting your benchmarking but I know the owner of the Deere machines and I could only help but wonder....

Agreed. Let's not slight anyone. This team was good enough to let us run with them last minute after our field got hailed out. They were nice, professional and even pulled my pickup out of the mud.

I think our Nebraska job might have come and gone while we were waiting for fields to dry up. We were supposed to be in Grant but it is likely the harvest may already move North of there by the time we are ready to move.

did i say anything like that at all??? no!! i was just stating that i am a gleaner fan and saying i support them. ive put many hours in the deeres combines also and they have a nice machine too. didnt mean to make it sound like something it shouldnt have......

They have to forgo the Grant NE stop, as they were delayed in Colby. The combine will be Onida SD shortly

its hard to tell, with all the humid mornings we have been getting, i havent been able to start til around 11am most of harvest due to freak showers/foggy mornings. What crewwere ya gonna run with up @ grant?

Also you will drive right by my farm with that machine on your way north, ill be cuttin about 20 miles north of Benkelmen with the R65, feel free to hop right in our field. Even have a lot to unload right across the road. Ya could at least get ahold a me when ya are leavin, might be able to catch ya on Hiway 61 on your way north to see this beast i will definitely get outa the machine to check this new one out. Will it be ready by fall harvest?

I missed ya on hiway 61 yesterday, even had the boy on lookout! I was cutting right @ the county line and I think its the only field left standing between Benkelmen and Grant.
