I am looking at a system 85 at an upcoming auction, 70 feet, 5 bar, with 1/2" tines. The tines are the only thing that have me wondering about it, most tines now are 5/8" or 9/16" I believe,
anyone use 1/2"? what type of job do they do? also does anyone know what length a new tine should be? any input would be great the auction is in 2 weeks.

Thats the harrow bar we have only we have 9/16 tines. They are 26" long when new. Wouldn't want them to wear any shorter then 18" before replacing them.
