Does anyone have any advice on how to remove and replace the bushings circled in the pictures attached here without disassembling the entire drill?

That’s a good question. I would venture to guess most would sell drill or park it if it was too wore out.

get someone with a mag drill and knows what he doing and bore over size and weld in a stepped bushing with a new pin. that should be close enough, its not a piano

Is it the bushing? Or is the hole in the side plates that are egged out? If it is the plates I would get some bushings and longer pins. I did this to the axle pivots on my Kello disc, I cut the plates out to fit the bushings, assembled it all and welded the bushings to the plate. It will last way longer than original.

I have never paid attention to that bushing. I assume it is sloppy. Let us know what you come up with to fix it. I am amazed at how many acres these 5000 drills do with not much maintenance.
