It looks like everyone on the eastern prairies is fighting with fuzz in their winter wheat. I am still waiting for my Vommie test results, however I am wondering if it is a huge mistake to use this wheat for seed this fall. My sample has one percent visibility infected kernels

Just looking for some input

I don't think nigh fuzz in your seed wheat is an issue, since its an soil/air born problem, doesn't matter what the seed has. However if there is a lot of fuzz it will affect germ, so I agree with that poster that is what should be checked. If germ is within 15%, seed it and just seed it heavier.
