looking at buying a chopper to chop our own silage we will chop between 12 to 20 thousand tons of year. I found an FX 58 with about 3,000 engine 2100 cutterhead hours. Will be chopping mostly corn and sorghum and some alfalfa. Are these machines reliable and easy to work on. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Only reason I'm looking at a l NH FX is its cheap. So the real question, is there any value with the FX or are you getting what you pay for?
