I have recently inherited two old Gleaner "C" combines and looking for info.
First serial number is C-19268 Second one is C-23005 Can anyone steer me in the correct direction as year of manufacture

If I read the book correctly they are both 1967, they didn't start 5 digit serial numbers until 1966 and the first number for 1967 was 10476. And according to my book 1967 was the last year for the C series

Correction. ...... 10476 was the first serial for 1966. 17201 was the first for 1967
