Wonder what the reason was for putting it on steel wheels? Looks like it hasn't been used in a while if they just keep mowing around it. Also looks like something you'd find sitting in the weeds at my uncles place.
I saw a picture of what I suppose was a liberal Amish sect driving a 60's Oliver tractor with steel wheels. Have heard that there are more liberal movements of such groups allowing use of tractors within limits. Not sure if that is true.
im not sure why they cant have rubber tires on tractors but in Amish country(half hour south of me) you see all kinds of tractors, skid loaders and lawn mowers on steel
