Check all fuses. Been awhile but I believe it is the pacer fuse that also feed a wire on one of the modules witch will keep the alarm on
Gleaner Tattletale
I have an L3 that the tattletale is beeping constantly, however there are no warning lights lit up. When the "test" button is pushed the only warning lights that come on are in module II. Have determined that problem is tied to module IV, I think, because beeping quits when that module is unplugged. Module has power to it.
