I'm looking to update my 9600 and I found a '01 9750, since rain is coming I am planning on driving 2.5 hours to look it over. Having never been around a rotor what things should I look for. The combine supposedly has 1000 separator hours, even though the website says 1500.

I know some people had problems with corner post circuit boards, would switching one of these out have any effect on the hours showing.

Thanks in advance,
Devin

Have a quick read of the greenstar manual if your not familiar before you go. In the info menu you can find the actual run hrs of the ecu. Cant change that one. Check the shoe auger drive shaft under the cab, they are prone to bad wear. Also shaker arms should have been updated. Chech for cracks on the dribble tray and around the chopper.
