has anyone had the spot welds on the grain pan underneath the concaves on a 7010 come loose on them. There is a one foot long section near the back 3rd of the pan w/ no supports underneath to stabilize the tin. In this area you can push the tin up and down, no wonder it broke loose anyone else have this problem.

I have been thinking about buying a 7010. I would like to hear what you or other owners think about the machine The 8010 had a bad start and I was wondering if the 7010 has got most of the bugs worked out?
I bought an operator manual from Case and have been studying up on the combine features. I really like the low number of grease fittings and the 100 hour plus grease intervals.
I have an old reliable 2388 now but would like a little more power and easier greasing but don't want allot of troubles like the 8010 had or has.

If I buy a 7010 I don't want to buy one because I have more money than brains.
Thanks for any info.

Havent had trouble with grain pan but 7010 is going great
Done only 100hrs but heres my take on it
25% more capacity in cereals then 2388
easier to change concaves
able to handle tougher crops
Great monitor
easier to maintain
big fuel tank
But 2388 still a good machine and well proven
Oh yeah....electric sieves fantastic my one gripe with the 2388 was adjusting the seives
