how does the grain pan come out of an 865,out of the back or front?broken in half so need a new one

If your talking about the pan under the cylinder then will come out the front. That is how mine came out. If you are fixing it make sure to reinforce it on the sides with angle iron thats the weak spot.

when you put the grain pan back make sure that the pan is in the mid stroke position before you tighten up the front hangers as if its tightened at front or back stroke position it will stress the pan and the shaker system
