out custom spraying today all in crop spray , butress , bit of insectiside , lyquid fert & so on , had a 30 ha block added 25g broadstrike , (granuals ) , using rain water out of a concrete tank , it went real sticky & blocked all my filters . put broadstrike last , never had problems before sprayed this mix over thousands of hectares , all i can put it down to is the cold tank water , we are in the middle of winter , has anyone had this problem before ? The landmark agro that done the reco sheet showed up just as i blocked up , he helped me dissolve the mess !!!

Hmm, interesting.
I doubt it's water temperature.
25g of broadstrike in the entire tank full?

I don't know anything about your mix but granules are always dissolved first in just plain water to prevent surfactants surrounding granules and not dissolving.
Have you always used this mix order?

was 25 grams / hectare (10 grams/ acre) 750 grams total for the load & always used the same mixing order
Interesting.
Same ratio of ingredients as before I gather?
I wonder about the fertilizer and any possible impurities.

How are you lucky enough to have a rep show up like that, they're timing is never that good here?!

Bear we had nearly same thing happen with a roundup brew the other day and we put it down to the cold. We sprayed roundup washed coupe ready to spray some oats next morning parked in the shed.
Came out filled with water ran just to check nozzles and we found we had thousands of gel crystals in the strainers and nozzles.
Two weeks later and we are still having trouble with these little crystals.

With granular stuff I started to put it all in a old spray jug half full of water then shake it up a few times to make sure it all desolves before putting it in the sprayer. I will even do it for the next load and let it sit well I spray the one I got out. More of a pain but I do not plug filters and it never settles in the tank anymore

MIXING ORDER 1, start filling with water ,add insectiside , add butress (24db) , by this time bout 800 litres in tank ,add fert (10litres of AWAKEN) ,and last of all add broadstrike granuals , while all this is going its getting agitated ,
I would add the grunuals first so it has time to desolve, get tank at least 1/2 full before going with rest of mix and add insecticide last. Gives grunuals time to desolve on there own and insecticide least amount of time in the tank for it to loss its punch.
