Hi there new poster here reading this site for awhile decided to join. Have had a problem thrashing my wheat last year alot of unthrashed heads and was wondering what to try this year. The wheat is Kane, and usually harvested at 15-18%. I have the small wire concave in, with 2 rows of separator grate covers in place. Can run the rotor fast with concave tight still get a bad sample. Was going to try a cover under the concaves and see what happens, was wondering if any one else had used them, i have almost no trouble with winter wheat. Up until this past year I would harvest spring wheat with 9500 and get a good sample but lost that combine in a fire last season. Would like any help if possible. Thanks.
