How did the peas fair in the bags. What were the splits? I have been curious about putting peas in bags. We have been seeing more weasels around here as well I will drive in the ditch to avoid hitting them. They are suppose to kill 3 times what they eat and we got more than enough gophers for them. Nice pics looks like nice country.

The peas actually kept better than the wheat(less bag damage by wildlife probably harder to eat) splits were 1.2% to 1.5% same as the stuff in bins

Nice pics brownie, certainly a beautiful spot and coming from somewhere it doesn't snow it looks amazing.

But bloody cold!

Thanks,calving starts in march, hopefully the cows can stay on that grazing corn till february.

96 to calve this year, have been cutting back a few a year from 130 about 4 years ago
